Ok, but I was referring to any possible tool in 3DS Max to lighten the model, any modifier, the ripper and the blender plugin are perfect.

Can someone help with a problem I get in 3DS Max, when I import the model from .dae or .fbx to 3DS Max I get a dark model, like this: http://imageshack.com/a/img823/9397/6dz2.jpg ,

Ok, but the model isnt rigged, the meshes doesnt move when the bones move, is it possible to get the model rigged using blender?, or I must use the skin modifier in another program to make the rigging and the skinning?

One last thing, is there a way to get the model with the bones rigged, or the rigging thing have to be done by myself?, and there is a problem with the hair (the mesh is messed), is it posible to fix it?

I follow the instructions given by Howfie, open the script in the text panel and run the script, I got an error when I try to run the script, error in the 5, 6 and 7 line, I erase them and then it runs, but I cannot open the .smc files beacause I erase those lines. Another thing, is there any import plugin for noesis or another 3D design program for the .smc files, I try to import the files in blender with the import plugin that came with the rar but it don┬┤t work.
