yeah, mainly just to see what can be done with this web server, to show you guys what can be done if you want it to. in 15 years i never really pushed onto it an even medium-sized site. also to make sure videos don't go down on youtube when someone takes it down, deletes their account, etc. so for now it's just for show .

IE is supposed to support MP4... last year when I was still teaching, I was using VLC to make video tutorials and I would post them on my faculty page just like the previous post... back then the h264 MP4s from VLC 1.x worked in IE... but not anymore. It appears that IE only likes MP4s generated by Microsoft Expression Studio now. MS sucks.
