I think Steve could do it but it takes long to figure it out right steve? Since you were close with One Piece cloth.

Yeah I was making a file list, but for the models, if you make a list for the textures, I can make one for the models
EDIT: nvm, you did all the models already xD

OK, to help you guys recreate the meshes... this is what I can do...
I printed out the control vertices for the cloth in a separated OBJ file.
As you can see in the pic, it should be obvious by looking at the UVs and looking at the control points, where the messed up vertices go.
Do you guys want this data? All it is is just an OBJ file with vertices only, but it gives you a pretty good hint as to what the shape of the cloth is.
The vertices in the OBJ file that connect with the messed up geometry are called 'anchor points' and don't need to be moved.
Does Blender even load a model with vertices only ?

So those are the points for the faces to be made? oh wow, that should be pretty helpful!

well they are 'control points,' meaning that the actual geometry points are going to be around them somewhere, close by, but not necessarily overlapping with them.
the reason why i can't regenerate the cloth is because i don't the mathematical formulas they use to position the vertices around these 'control points'
however, these control points give you the 'general' shape of the cloth
gimme a few min to upload them. they will be named same as the model, but with a _NUNO extension, like 4928_NUNO.obj

np. try doing the cloth on a model that has few cloth vertices, like 5957.smc
