Well i didnt mean that they were gonna be new characters He said new favourite characters, so its like those 2 characters are now his favourites even tho they werent before. But i really wanna see Kitana or Mileena tho

They got a lot of characters to draw from though, even then perhaps we could see ones that were once scrapped designs from many of their previous games.
I hope they still include Rain, Kenshi and Skarlet, since they added them as dlc in MK9, i want them back in this No Freddy Krueger tho, he is not needed lol.

I really like Rain, Skarlet is just sexy, she didn't really interest me that much. Kenshi... hmm dunno, didn't get me excited either lol. I really hope they make the costumes more grounded as we saw with Subbie and Scorpie. I want the cyborgs back as well, and mah main Ermac.
I would reckon there will be another guest character. That's how NRS rolls, just like how we've always been getting guest characters in Soul Calibur.
