Yep, GG + Marvel Vs. :oh:

Definitely a kick in Buttcom's backside. :evillaugh:

The character model quality definitely won't be as good as Xrd's due to having more characters on screen at once, but artistically it holds up well with DBZ's style.

This literately is the DBZ fighting game some have been waiting for at least 2 decades.

And Buttcom's creatively bankrupt development really shows itself in this trailer.

Hory sheeeet does it look like crap. *Reinserts mobile game quairty joke here*. Dat Chun-Li though. :fdat:

Showing off only the actual fighting would've been much MUCH better because coming off the likes of their SFV debacle and after Injustass 2, it is depressing.

The quairty is as bad as SFV story mode. Yeah sure, I actually enjoyed it because it was campy and fits into the "it's so bad it's good" territory, but anyone with functioning eyes and a brain can see how badly animated and early PS3/360 looking it was. On the bright side, like SFV, it does look like it is running in actual real-time in-game graphics though, so modding can be possible.

Gameplay though, it does look better in motion, but it still looks very off, especially in comparison to UMvC3. Stage backgrounds are so dead it's  .

The sad thing coming out of E3 and the recent story demo is that the game does play and feel great, a sentiment echoed by casual and professional players alike.

But of course, the clear general consensus is that the game's art and graphical style looks like shit, especially with the Capcom roster characters.

This is one of those instances where you cannot use the "gameplay over graphics" argument, because it really is that bad.

We all better hope the current build is a very early one, because if they don't get fixed by the game's release date, which itself is too dumb and early to begin within their expections, then they really are full of incompetent twats who've lost sight of how to even make a game anymore.

Going from MvC3/UMvC3 to this is just so jarring. The biggest kicker is how they even put out the UMvC3 HD remaster earlier this year and for a 5+ year old game, it looks even better.

It's just too hilarious ASW is targeting the same crowd with DBFZ and even professional players whom were never DBZ fans before are hopping onto it. :evillaugh:

Capcom Co., Ltd. today announced that it has entered into a cross-licensing agreement with BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. related to online matching in properties such as the Street Fighter series.

The purpose of this agreement is to improve the user experience while accelerating the production of titles and reducing development costs for both parties. Further, with this cross-license for online matching, Capcom aims to effectively utilize the patents it has been granted in game series such as Street Fighter in order to deliver even more exciting content to game players.

With this agreement as a starting point, Capcom will continue to explore cross-licensing opportunities in order to safeguard its patents while improving the user experience and contributing to a healthier game industry.

Capcom
Very interesting, yet when you really think about it, not too surprising given how both companies have been buddy buddy with each other since even the Street Fighter X Tekken days.

You have to wonder how much was already in place any way since Tekken 7 has alot of SFIV influences and similarities when it comes to it's game design e.g. the obvious ones being Akuma and the cinematic supers which even other fighting games having been using. Then there are some of the stages like Buddhist temples and epic volcano that is common in both, which ironically enough serve to enhance Akuma's character and appearance even more.

"Tekken X Street Fighter", whenever and if this will still exist, will certainly be a product within this deal for sure.

SFV's CFN whilst not perfect, is still something new and significant for the fighting game genre so seeing Bamco implement similar features for their own games will probably be something too. Because let's be fair, Tekken 7's online features is still old school basic. We could possibly see future updates as well.

Arika confirmed to be showing off a "new playable title" at EVO.

I wonder what it could be. :mis:

Either Max is tall or Daigo is short. Take your pick.

For Capcom cancelling their EVO panel, they seem to be pulling out alot of Much Content now. Nostalgia costumes, Ryu gets his classic stage back, a new CPT stage, and Abigal + his Final Fight stage is practically confirmed.

Even Kenny Omega's passion for SFV allows him to do this on Day 1 of NJPW G1 Climax.

I also notice what would be even more hilarious is had Punk won EVO and Kenny still made the special shoutout, not only is it one U.S champion congratulating another, but the irony being Kenny (As a Canadian!) is the inaugural U.S champion, in a Japanese company. Just :wat:
