Post by MisterHentai »

FACK YUUU SEGA! :rage:

You still don't give any news on an English version of Phantasy Star Online 2, and yet you announce a new game for the PSVITA set in that game's universe. :pi:

Phantasy Star Online 2 Begins Operations In Asia Later This Month
Following its beta test in April, SegaÔÇÖs Phantasy Star Online 2 is heading into full service in Asia at the end of MayÔÇöin English. The game will go live May 29th, with early access for beta players from the 27th of May. The game is being operated by Asiasoft.

The English version of the massively multiplayer online game logged about 100,000 beta activations across both its English and Thai closed beta test, said Asiasoft. ThatÔÇÖs a decent number, considering the Asian release was limited to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. The experience from it has gone into improving performance prior to the launch of the game, Asiasoft added.

Has Sega cancelled PS Nova? There's been no news about it for a long while.

Some details on the class types that will be in this, with a "battle demo" coming this August too.
Buster: This is the newly added class for Phantasy Star Nova. TheyÔÇÖre all-rounders that can use close-ranged weapons along with elemental and healing Techniques. However, their most notable feature is that they can use the exclusive ÔÇ£PileÔÇØ weapon.

The Pile puts energy together in some sort of pile-like shape, which can then be used to shoot at enemies. When an enemy is hit, they suffer an effect that makes them take extra damage, so youÔÇÖll want a Buster around for tough foes.

Their only downside is that theyÔÇÖre rather slow at attacking, so thereÔÇÖs a little learning curve at getting used to the Buster class. ItÔÇÖs recommended to join in on the attack by switching to sword after connecting some pile effects on enemies, when playing as a Buster class.
