General Game News
Re: General Game News
Rockstar New England has a "Next version of a famous IP" in the works!
What could it be? These are the options:
Bully 2 - 2K did renew the license for it
GTA VI - Way unlikely since GTA V is already out
Max Payne 4 - Unlikely
Manhunt 3 - Would be surprised but no clues lead to it happening so unlikely
Midnight Club - Unlikely
Red Dead - Unlikely
L.A Noire - Wouldn't count on it
Rockstar Table Tennis - Not happening
I think its safe to say that Bully is getting a sequel.....HELL YEAH!!!!

Yes it is that bad.
All that hype and long time development only to put out one hell of a giltch infested game and it's oh so awesome quality production that this feels and plays like a game from over a decade ago.

Speaking of Unreal 3... Arkham Origins is just right around the corner... and if wikipedia is to be believed, I have a feeling this game is umodel-compatible out of the box.

Re: General Game News
Slighty old news but maaan, Capcom is screwed since not only do they have $152 million in their bank but they don't have enough resources for a next-gen fighter

They might end up like THQ sooner or later

Re: General Game News
Yep.
Partially one of the reasons why they are doing Ultra Street Fighter IV, since the series is still very popular for them, so a decent excuse in another way to extend the life of the game, but most of all, no thanks to their bad business and over-bloated development decisions to outsource their recent titles and franchises, which hasn't exactly done them too good either.
It's no wonder alot of the key figures in the past few years have left and have gone on to do much better things e.g. Platinum Games being the best example.

Re: General Game News
I think that's a commonality with long time dev corporations at this point. Development costs have become too high even when supported with some sketchy practices.
