Then since you played Clock Tower, I suggest you move on to the next.. The game is Theresia: Dear Emile. Just a disclaimer: Don't play it in the early morning.

Even though I was around playing PC games in the 90's, I don't remember those games. If 80's that's even before my time he he he.

OMG Remothered.

This game looks scary as fuck and that is why I was avoiding it.

But ever since the author switched from 2D hand-drawnish to 3D, I changed my mind somewhat, since 3D horror games were never really scary for me, but 2D ones are terrifying to me.

Anyone try 'Amnesia: The Dark Descent' ? Sometimes it's hard to know if a game is really that scary some people are jumpy, and others on youtube put on an act.

It's a poorly made game. It's not even psychological horror game per se.

I actually really liked Amnesia, tbh. It didn't really scare me, but few moments were unsettling for me.

I'd have to say that the story is really nice, though. Plus it has tons of play value with mods and what-not.

What about Silent Hill series?

Amnesia wasn't bad, but it gets repetitive very fast. When it comes to stealth horror, I prefer Forbidden Siren.
