Re: Dead or Alive 5
I find it hilarious how this DLC is also available for PS3 version, yet alot of the previous LR DLC aren't?
Much logic TN!
Also the trailer for this is such BS. Since when were DLC costumes ever usable in Story Mode? Much deceptive marketing!

Huh? All of the previous LR DLCs are available for PS3 though
And yeah, I think it says something like that in the Japanese text on the bottom of the screen, it's a shame because it would be quite cool to change cutscenes outfits, you could at least get interesting screenshots

Re: Dead or Alive 5
Online Beta currently available on PC. It ends on the 30th and the normal online update should go live just after that, so either on the 30th or the 1st
Re: Dead or Alive 5
I just played online for about 30 minutes and it crashed about 7 times. When the game crashed, it was before the matched started, when seeking an opponent. Online gameplay was okay, with minimal lag. I also managed to win a couple of timesraidergale wrote:Online Beta currently available on PC. Still, in this state I wouldn't recommended buying the Steam version for playing online. It feels much too unstable. We'll see in a week if things have changed for the better

Re: Dead or Alive 5
So is it really for ranked matches only? I'm not at home right now so I can't test.

Re: Dead or Alive 5
I think it's ranked only as of now, unfortunately
Judging by jrx's and other posts online it looks like the actual netcode is not bad, but the game tends to crash when looking for a match

Re: Dead or Alive 5
MEGA ROR!!"We originally announced that we would release the update by the end of June 2015," the developer said. "However, due to major issues found during the beta test, we will be postponing the release of the update.
"We apologize for the last minute notification and regret deeply the trouble we have caused our Steam customers who were looking forward to the online functionality. We will update the website with a new release date as soon as it is set."
The game should folevah be on discount at this rate.

Re: Dead or Alive 5
The sad part about this is this is only ranked. There are no lobbies and there is no sign that TN will implement it in the future.
