How to Convert any Normal Maps to Regular Ones

Hi there so I was tooling around in photoshop figuring out how to make realistic bump maps because I was using fully colored ones and I wanted that purpleish and blue color. So after reading a tutorial online and experimenting myself I have found out.
So right below I have my texture that I want to convert

So what you wanna do is go to the Channels tab and check if there is a Alpha 1 Channel and also check if its not just one color, if its not there then use a program named Texmod and grab the textures from inside the game.

Now next while in the Alpha Channel press CTRL + A then press CTRL + C and go to the red channel or the blank channel (the one thats just a color and no other stuff) and press CTRL + V just leave the green channel alone unless thats the one thats blank then just paste it in there

Then go to those two squares at the left side and click the first one and choose the color white

Now go back to the Channel Tab and go the blue channel Press CTRL + A then Alt + Backspace, then voila here is your normal looking "normal" lol get it?
