How to fix Alpha channel,how to get physic parts of model

Thanks to semory,finally I can get KOEI models
But there are 2 problem I cannot figure it out

Here' s Alpha channel in PhotoShop
Obviously,it's not correct

Model don't have long hair, I guess that's physic part so I can't get it

So,how to fix Alpha channel
And How to get physic parts from KOEI games?

not possible to get physics parts. alpha problem not sure... maybe someone who has ported dw models can tell you.

Increase the brightness on the alpha channel until all of the grey parts are white (150 brightness 2 times in Photoshop)
