Rigging works fine in 3d max but broken in Xna ?

Rigging works fine in 3d max but broken in Xna ?

I've been trying to port a Gmod model to xnalara as an Test attempt.

however when I go to try it in xnalara the rigging of the arms is almost broken as never apply weights to that part

Thing which appear very well in 3d max
Image any ideas ?

Hmmm, do you use mariokart's mesh.ascii exporter for XNALara? If so you might want to try exporting to fbx, then use Noesis to convert fbx to mesh.ascii and make your changes on the file from there. Sorry I won't be of much help, most people here are Blender people, including myself. I try to stay away from Max as much as I can lol.

Yes i use the mariokart's mesh.ascii exporter but I'll try exporting to FBX and use the Noesis to see if works.
