Tranparent walls?

Hello again
Did possible make transparent walls for xpslara using blender?
Im not talking about back face-culling! or Force culling.

Ive downloaded some carpet model on Tomb Rider forums, but that carpet not 3D model itself but texture on transparent/invisible circle wall

I tried made same but in rectangle form but wall are still white not transparent.
