Error Message [Blood Extract]

I don't know if this is the right spot or not. But anyway, I introduced Xnalara to a friend of mine. And even though he say's he followed all the steps I did, he get's an error message...I've never seen this message myself, so I thought I'd ask you guys about it.


The error message is -> "BloomExtract" not found.


I think it's a missing component from not being extracted properly, or some other reason...I don't really know for sure, like I said, this is my first time hearing|seeing this..Help is appreciated thanks!
