I think you can get them normally, but the textures are really small.

PC version also has the Knightfall DLC file and can be extracted by latest umodel version BUT the textures are also way too small. Actually a lot of the dlcs have the small texture problem. My guess is that either umodel needs to be updated to find the correct textures or those are really placeholders and you need to buy the season pass/dlc to download the updated upk.
