smcimport plugin not installing in Blender 2.49

Hello all,

I recently obtained a copy of Dynasty Warriors 8 XL Complete Edition and wanted to extract the character models for use in XNALara. So I used Steven's Gas Machine on the game, and everything extracted perfectly. It told me to get Blender 2.49 to utilize the smcimport plugin, and so I did. However, when I tried to add the smcimport plugin to Blender, it always came back with the error "no module named 'collections'". Does anyone know what that means, and is there a fix for it?

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
