... and I think that's pretty clear as to what the new feature enhancement is I wonder if it's adding one Gravure per character.

I hope the Gravure feature is better than the Vita one, since those are just pre-rendered videos and you can't even pause them/change angle to take pictures

Considering there going into the movies section, I think they'll have that. Wasn't able to verify yet since I don't think the patch was up yet this morning. DLC works though.
