"Evaluating Ebola as a Biological Weapon" IMPLYING it's contagious, when in reality, there are slim to none chances of getting Ebola yourself, unless you are in direct contact with fluids/objects that have been infected by Ebola.
That's like saying AIDS can be used as a biological weapon. It just makes no sense. It's just stupid as fuck conspiracy theories made by stupid as fuck people.
