1 Script and other is a tool tutorial

Hi.
I'm looking for a Script to extract and unpack a .arc file from Jet Set Radio on PC.
I'm wanna to unpack the music and pack a new one using the dreamcast soundtrack version.
A few musics are missing.

The tool i need is to convert Google SketchUp 8 or LayOut 2014, (Are the same) in to this model for XNALara or XPS.
