Seriously guys, with the PC release having a somewhat working patch to the problems from launch already, don't you think its enough of a reason to buy the game already (not to mention you can already extract the assets yourself with umodel) ?

I have the game but I don't know how to extract models....

Use uModel on the .XXX/.UPK files on the PC game.

NPCs like those biker thugs aren't exported as you see them in the image. They are exported into separate meshes that needs assembling and use uncolored/grayscaled textures which is why no one is taking any time or any interest for that matter yet to export them.
