Pieces of model disappearing from XPS to Blender and back?

So I've been working on a model of my own recently, a meshmod. It had like 10000 bones, which was solved by removing the unused bones in Blender and exporting back to the mesh.ascii file for XPS.

When loading it back into XPS, the rocks on the body and pieces of the body itself are just...gone?

Does anyone have an explanation as to why? If you'd like to try to fix or see what the problem is yourself, https://www.mediafire.com/?nf5y982u81gflvm is the model.

The pieces disappear because this pieces has no bone weights assigned:

Looks like this bones was not unused. There was bone weights assigned to those bones you choose to remove and this vertex groups get lost and this lead to this very ugly result. Looks like you have not solved anything ... but you have messing up everything. Even the bone hierarchy is completely messed up.

I see what the problem is ... but I do not want to fix it. It is less effort to create a new rigging and skinning, than to fix all these bugs. That's a pity that you have not uploaded the Blender File ... with all bones.

Damn I screwed up everything o.o

I do have the blender file here though: http://www.mediafire.com/download/bs6tz ... haos.blend
If you mean the one with the unused bones still attached, that is here: https://www.mediafire.com/?6b6zrxj2jwa1r8q
