Alena's Default Costume
In game bones. Custom rig for her cape as it came with no bones.

I'll do more models in the coming days but if anyone else wants to port models, feel free to do so. Assuming you have the game and the updated tool!

EDIT: Updated the model with a rigged cape. Nothing fancy but it should be good enough for your basic posing needs. If not, rig it yourself!

Alena's Classic Costume from Dragon Quest IV
In game bones with a custom rig for the cape. Should suffice for basic posing needs but feel free to do your own. I suck at rigging.

I'm not sure who I'll do next. While Alena was already together, others that I've looked at will need some work to get some pieces back in place and likely some more basic rigging. But at least they're no longer flat meshes on the ground that need rebuilding
