Model parts disappearing?

Was working on a meshmod and this happened when attaching the last parts:
Usually when this happens I can open Blender and export back to XPS and everything is fine, but it didn't work this time and instead I got the error/problem on the right.
Anyone know how to fix this/is willing to attempt to fix it?
