I once saw a model that has optional item that has multiple choice within an item, I know it has something to do with how it's name in material editor but I forgot how to and sadly I deleted that model long ago. does anyone know how it's done?

I photoshop to what it looks like

To have multiple choices you must add | between the category name and the item name.
For example:
24_-Gun|Machgun_1_0_0
and
24_-Gun|Shotgun_1_0_0
