XNA Lara XPS animator tool.

It's my selfmade program for create smooth animation.
It is designed to create animations in the 3D editor "XNALara XPS", because it does not have a built-in function for creating a smooth animation. The animation in "Lara" is a sequence of poses reproduced in ascending order of the file name (1.pose, 2.pose, 3.pose, ...) with adjustable speed. To create the most primitive animation, two poses are sufficient - the initial and final ones, which somehow differ from each other. You can download it here:
