It's probably late but you can download hand poses from deviantart.
Ex:

Unzip poses with Winrar and save to data/poses in xnalara
Go to file, Add your model(s)
Select Model, Go to file, load pose and select which pose you want.
This may take some adjusting on certain models but that's the gist of it.
