Transfair Default Pose

Hello Guys im new at Xnalara im want set Models in the Fallout 4 Default t-pose. im find aready a model (model A) This is in the right pose by default Can i Transfair the Default pose from Model A to My Model B if yes how? Or do i need to move the bones by hand?
