Older DOA games had basic skeletons, just no face bones or finger bones, tho I dunno if the file format is changed alot in DOA5.
I wish I chose Computer Science at school, im guessing they would have covered stuff like coding ;_;
With the almost expressionless faces of DOA5 characters they might as well not have face rigging anyway . J/K Now it makes sense why some of the DOA models I've seen floating around don't have face or finger bones.

^ You want the TMC and TMCL files? (files that can be opened in Noesis, TMCL is just for the texture loading)
