Can anyone create a tool or script to extract 3d model from the attached .wad file?

Looks like an "ecdmodel" format.
Aluminium, plastic, leather ... a chair ?
I wonder where the model comes from .

Try to use some wii.cs tools like WadMii.exe or use the .Net tools like ShowMiiWads.
