You're my kinda guy (no homo here, LOL)! Probably because I grew up in the same region (Philippines) and every frigging station is playing New Wave at the time.

@MisterHentai: I was surprised no Duran Duran during the closing ceremonies. Simon Le Bon might have been asking for too much Quid. Coldplay too, though I think they would've put everyone to sleep, haha. I still like them though, probably because they've been ripping U2 off too much.

rofl you hit the nail on the head right there xD Coldplay was my buddy back in the days when i had insomnia. i enjoy their first album tho but after that idk why Chris Martin voice starts to get all flat sometimes makes me real sleepy

^ I actually have all their albums, and they did change directions when "Death And All His Friends" came out. The latest one is good too, but like I said, they sound too much like U2 now, probably because of Brian Eno. I think "A Rush of Blood to the Head" is still their best to date.
