Looks like a female head Well, ive been editing the head to be like Pierce's... and it still looks like a woman!

lol ok i will check. the morph file doesnt lie. if the number of vertices in the male morph file matches the number in the base mesh, thats the correct base mesh. let me get on my computer...

yep, male and females use the same base head mesh. alejandro's head is a byte-for-byte copy of npc_base. funky i know.
now we know why we don't see too many saints row third ports.
if volition publishes the file formats like they promised i just might take a look at those morph files.

take off the makeup and cut off the bottom part below the neck and i'm telling you, it's a MAN.

Could you check custmesh_-273559342f and check the hair texture? There doesnt seem to be an alpha channel, and the purple part is supposed to be alpha ;_;

Oh BTW, is there basic bodies for the custom characters? ;_;

i don't think the hair items use alphas. go to the doctor's shop and check out some hairs, you will see they are pretty shit quality textures. as for the base body, i don't know, i haven't found one yet. let me check the initiation station files...

Ah right, that purple part on the texture is the part where the hair blends in with the head, so I thought that might be the alpha part ;_;

which model had the bad bones even after flipping?

It didnt have bad bones, it was just hard to flip and move and find the correct position. But it was Kinzie that I tested it on.
