the base head doesn't come with any textures. there are just so many textures in this game, and there is no face or head directory with textures in it. there's just a characters directory with all the gang and npc textures in it.

I remember I got the default face textures once using Ninja Ripper with the character creator they released before the game.

where you can list all your games, theres a toolbar menu near the top left. though i am on my phone atm. i know raidergale has it installed but not sr3 so i know its possible.

The library tool list? Initiation Station aint on there ;_;
