how do you got such a clear light ? when i do indoor scene or with a scene in background everything is so dark , and when i add more lamp i got a lot of fireflies effect along with noises

Switch from using lamps to basic plane meshes and set them to an 'Emissive' modifier. You can than positing these as you would lamps. Emissive handles the noise waaaaaaaaaaaaay better. I'm sold on that method because I had that noise problem in my first few and super high cycle count wouldn't fix it.

Another thing that reduces some noise on lamps is to select 'Multiple Importance Sampling' but on lamps it still won't completely get rid of it. :okay:
