'submitted form invalid'

I keep getting this error lately:
Clicking on 'submit' a few times does the job, but I was wondering what is causing it and if/how we can fix it.

i was messing with the chatbox today but i don't think i broke anything else.
is this problem regarding creating PMs only or for posts as well?
i will look into it tonight; let me know if it still happens tomorrow.

Just pm's, I think it was already like that before the chatbox changed, but not sure.

I got this long before the chatbox so I don't think that caused it

oh ok cool. probably just a hiccup with the webserver then.
