i want add her facial bones, hairs and her epaulette

but i could not decrypt her textures

i do not want to steal the textures of your model

Well I just used Steve tools.
Are you gonna rig her face? If I'm not mistaken mine was rigged (original rig) it was quite simple but yeah.
