Doesn't exist in the main normal game parts for the fact that particular skybox is clear indication of it. Not even Post-Dragon has a sky and colours like that.
So much again, WHERE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
It's always said the game was supposed to have more areas and content with around 30-40% cut from the original game (Another continent, expanded Tainted Mountain area etc). If this was one of those areas then MUCH BULLSHOT!
