General Vocaloid Thread
So yeah, since we have few people here who do/are interested in Vocaloid, I decided to make a general thread
So yeah, if anyone made a song or needs help with making songs, post here!
For now, I think I will post my WIP for a Vocaloid cover of Nobody's Home.
It's REALLY unpolished, I just tested if I did the correct pitches and all that, but I will make it prettier later
Altho you can tell me if I can improve it somehow

Re: General Vocaloid Thread
Listened to it, and a few things, im not sure if you can make these edits since I dont have Vocaloid yet so meh:
"the same mistakes again" part sounds strange, i think its because the word "the" lasts a bit long?
"don't know where she belongs" the "don't know" part should be faster as far as i can tell.
other than them, it seems fine so far

Re: General Vocaloid Thread
That sounds good, even though the voice volume is quite high compared to the instrumental Just a thing, Gumi English has this weird choppiness between some phonemes, you can hear that when she says "Everyday"... which is weird since she pronounces it correctly with the trial version Did you change the pitch mid-note or something like that?
EDIT: oh yeah, you did, I can hear she goes like "every-ee-day"... did you use the "-" phoneme in that differently pitched note? It should help with her choppiness

Oh yeah, the loudness of the voice too, but im sure you will edit that after, and you might have made it louder to hear it clearer xD

I think I'm gonna keep "the same mistakes again" because I kinda like the little change I did
But yeah, I'll try to fix the 2nd part you mentioned a bit

Could you show me a screen of that part? Let's see if that hiccup can be fixed or not

Re: General Vocaloid Thread
Also one more thing, how do I make a one-syllable word change pitch smoothly?
I have the word "home", and I want to make it 1st go "hooooooooooo", and then it changes pitch on the "me" part, but she spells it like "Homey"
