I know there were tools on the xentax forum for extracting files from .ng2 data files, but I haven't been able to get it coz I'm not a member there, and since I can't donate anything right now, I can't register.

So could anyone help me out with getting the tools please.

I believe they are called
ng2 extractor, tecmo model converter and tecmo texture extractor
