you don't need a password, look in gas machine thread for latest version. not sure if sw4 is supported.

You would have to get the files for the game.
Younger Nezha is included in the files for Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate only.

For the raw files, you will have to install the game to get the files. For a model converted to XNA, either wait for someone to do it, or install the game, get the files and learn for yourself.
