I started rigging one a while ago lol... I never actually finished it, but there isn't much to fix on it
I am still waiting to see if the dude decides to try bones

Nope. Irish ripped the one i did with NinjaRipper but i don't think the tool that was released gives any weights :/ I wish it did, would be a lot easier than rigging everything since rigging these makes it hard with eyelids especially... doesn't look very good.

* Underneath the shoulders are a pain, because the model strangely has the shoulders actually separate from the body, you can see the line where they are separate on the model. The shoulders currently were the best I could do...

But I wish they made a full HD game of Frozen, a HQ model of Elsa with that super awesome dress would be the top ÔÖÑ

Yea they do
They have made Frozen Free Fall which represents the actual movie design, but its not really HD
The textures are pretty good, the models are just a bit low poly.
