So with M$ finally and officially ending all support for Windows XP today, let's celebrate this classic and long lived O/S.

Besides, at least Google have said their Chrome browser will still be supported until 2015, so that is something.

I still have an old PC and laptop that I can dabble about with XP on though, plus it helps to run some old software and games.

I start having a Windows XP back in 2006 and its running good and by the summer of 2008, my computer is stop working because of the stupid virus which cost me not to have a computer until Christmas when we have Windows vista and we still have it today xD now, i'm 21 years old and i'm using Windows 8 laptop. boy i am so happy with that. The Technology has changed with windows . Now we have the able to touch the computers like we use on smartphones and tablets.

Personally for me, if you can still do all that you can on Windows 7, there is hardly much point going to Windows 8.

It seems like Micro$oft F-s up every other iteration of Window$. XP was good, Vista wasn't (general knowledge), 7 was good, 8 isn't (according to a lot of folks I've talked to). Almost every site out there recommends that you wait for 9 because it will basically fix everything people complained about in 8.

Yep it's like a tradition for them. Every second/third iteration after a decent version they have, they get too ahead of themselves and screw it up.
