I've been working on a MaxScript that will automatically rename the default bones of DOA 5 characters to their "ported" counterpart. For instance: MOT08_LeftArm = arm left shoulder 2. I started working on it yesterday, and currently it is up to around 140 or so bones. I used Christie and Lisa's Team A outfits to generate a list of what seems to be the common bones between characters. For anyone who's ported a DOA 5 character before, if you happened to keep a list of what bones map to what (namely hair bones), I'd appreciate it if you could share it with me so I can add it to the script.

The only useful ones are the majority of the body bones. Hair, skirt and accessory bones aren't standard across costumes.
